Protecting Your Privacy and Identity

All orders placed here are transacted in a secure, encrypted environment. When you begin the credit card phase of your order, look for the URL at the top of your screen to change from "http" to "https" ("s" = secure). You can buy with confidence.
 

Your privacy is respected here. Information you enter in the ordering process will never be sold or shared with anyone, and we will not use your email address to send you any information other than correspondence directly relating to your order (such as an email confirmation of your order or a reply concerning a question you may have).

Online Store Policies :

1. We have a secure online store for your ordering convenience that accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Orders are shipped once credit is approved. Your credit card statement will show charges from, The Opportunity Thinker.

2. You will receive order confirmation and your purchase receipt via email.

3. We ship via UPS and USPS.

4. International orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping charges are negotiated to be the best rate possible. The shipping fees do not include any duty, customs, taxes, VAT fees that your country may require. You must be prepared to pay any of these fees in order to take delivery of your order. Each country is different.

5. Once your order is placed you can expect to receive it within 14 days.

6. Exchanges are gladly arranged for merchandise that is received damaged. Each item received damaged must be returned in its original packaging in unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Return Policy

We gladly arrange to exchange any item you receive that is damaged within 14 days of receipt. We cannot offer refunds because we have kept our pricing as low as possible. Our product descriptions are accurate and the quality is very good. Refunds would add to the price of all products for all customers. The refund processing fee is greater than the amount of many purchases. For these reasons we do not take returns. All sales are therefore final.

Public Workshop Cancellation Policy

The Opportunity Thinker reserves the right to cancel any workshop at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. The Opportunity Thinker will not be responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to a cancellation. Book your travel once you know the workshop is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy for Public Courses
Cancellations received within 14 days of the training course will receive no refund. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the training course are subject to a 10% service charge, plus the cost of any completed pre-work. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Transfer / Change Policy for Public Courses
Transfers to another training date or changes made to an existing seminar registration received within 14 days of the public training course are subject to a $250.00 service charge. 

Public Course No Shows
If you fail to show up for a course without canceling/transferring before hand, you will not receive a refund. 

Train-the-Trainer Certification Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy for Certification Courses
Cancellations received within 14 days of the certification course will receive no refund. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250. The Opportunity Thinker must approve this replacement prior to training.

Cancellations received more than 14 days before the certification are subject to a 15% service charge, plus the cost of any completed pre-work. You may substitute another attendee at an additional fee of $250.

Transfer Policy for Certification Courses
Transfers to another date received within 14 days of the certification are subject to a $300.00 service charge.

Certification No Shows
If you fail to show up for a certification without canceling/transferring before hand, you will not receive a refund.
